Purchasing Guidelines
For your convenience and to simplify the ordering process, please keep the following things in mind.
- Payment in full is required when you place your order. We accept
PRE-APPROVED purchase orders once credit is approved.
- Our standard turnaround time is two weeks for your convenience. When our production
schedule allows, upon request we can complete orders in less time. RUSH charges will apply.
RUSH jobs may require camera-ready art or a customer waiving the right to review due
to the inherent tight time frame.
- No job will run without the customer's approval of the artwork. It is the customer's
responsibility to approve the art as quickly as possible once it is completed. If the art
is not approved, completing a job on the scheduled due date may be impossible. If the
customer indicates that Cuda Apparel can run the project without final approval, Cuda will not
be held liable for any errors unless submitted art has been altered from what was
presented.
- Cuda Apparel requires a minimum of 12 garments to manufacture a reorder at the prevailing price.
If a customer desires to reorder less then 12 garments, the pricing will be increased depending
on the timing and complexity. Embroidery and tackle twill jobs can be ordered one at a time. Prices will need to be quoted by e-mail or phone.
- Often, customers add-on to orders before an order is completed. We will accept add on orders with pre-payment.
- Click here to find information regarding the best way to submit your artwork to further ensure your satisfaction. We want your shirts to look great - so help us to help you by
familiarizing yourself with these guidelines.
- All completed artwork remains the property of Cuda Apparel, unless the customer pays
digitizing or design fees. Your salesperson can provide you more information.
