Spokane, Washington, August 22, 2003 – Cuda Apparel Inc. announced today that a one-game contract has been signed that allows the company to market T-Shirts and sweatshirts to commemorate the Washington State University versus Notre Dame football game in Notre Dame, IN on September 6th. The garments will be available for sale on Monday, August 25th.

The Collegiate Licensing Corporation, Washington State University, and the University of Notre Dame officially license these unique garments.

Cuda Apparel Inc. Vice President George Badner says, “This is a once in a lifetime game for WSU. It is the first time and perhaps the only time that these two teams will meet on the football field, and the game has tremendous historical significance to Cougar fans. The early response that there will be garments to mark the event has been overwhelming.” General Manager Zane Troester adds, “People are as excited about these shirts and sweatshirts as they were about the Rose Bowl garments. In some ways, this game is so much of a “one-of-a-kind” that is acts like a bowl game for WSU.”

The shirts include the proprietary logos and trademarks of both schools. Troester says that, “People want to buy things that include Notre Dame insignia. The school in many ways symbolizes college football, with its long-standing traditions that are known to all fans. Football fans are seldom neutral, they either cheer for or cheer against Notre Dame – but they are familiar with the school and its programs.”

Cuda Apparel Inc. will be selling short-sleeve T-Shirts ($20), long-sleeve T-Shirts ($25), crew sweatshirts ($30), and hooded sweatshirts ($39). Corporate discounts are available.
